As a studio based in the Philippines, we comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us through our website. This includes:
- Name: To personalise your experience with us.
- Email address: To reply to your enquiry or support request.
- Message content: Whatever you choose to write to us.
Note: most of our browser tools (IndieMarkDown, IndieLinkTrim, IndieCSV, Indie ID Revealer) do not require an account and run entirely client-side. We don't see what you type, paste, or edit.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry or support request.
- To facilitate specific service features (for example, storing shortened links in Firestore for IndieLinkTrim).
- To communicate about essential updates, if you've opted in.
We do not use your personal information for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google): Used for IndieLinkTrim and IndieMarkDown link storage.
- Google Play Store: Handles app distribution and any future in-app purchase transactions.
- Formspree: Used to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox.
5. In-app purchases
If a product ever adds paid features, all transactions are handled by Google Play. We do not store or collect payment card details on our own servers.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for. You can request deletion at any time — see Contact.
7. Children's privacy
Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
